All Ghar storage facilities are purpose-built warehouses with 24/7 CCTV surveillance, biometric access control, perimeter security fencing, and on-site security personnel. No unauthorised person can access the storage area.
Yes. You can request access or delivery with 48 hours notice. For collections, our warehouse staff will retrieve your specific items from inventory. For full or partial deliveries, we'll dispatch a vehicle to your address.
Our minimum storage period is one week for small volumes. For larger volumes (300+ cu ft), the minimum is one month. There are no maximum duration limits.
We cannot store hazardous materials (chemicals, flammable gases), perishable food items, live animals, weapons, and illegal goods. We can store most household items, electronics, furniture, clothing, and business inventory.
Storage continues at the agreed monthly rate until you request collection. We send payment reminders at the start of each billing cycle. If payment lapses for more than 60 days without communication, we attempt to contact you via all available channels before any further action.
